All photographs, videos and creative content produced by Mindful of Skribblez (MOS Productions) remain the intellectual property of Mindful of Skribblez unless otherwise stated in a written licensing agreement.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
Mindful of Skribblez reserves the right to use any photos or videos created for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Booking & Payment Policy
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure booking dates. Dates are not guaranteed until payment and contract are received.

Website Content Use
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Standard turnaround time for edited photos and video is 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified in client agreement
Mindful of Skribblez is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or technical failures that prevent completion of services
